Amy Tan founded Accede Corporate Services
Pte.Ltd., services in early 2000 after
having worked for more than 14 years
in local and global accountancy firms
including KPMG Peat Marwick & Coopers
and Lybrand. During her years in these
organizations. she was involved in providing
full corporate secretarial services
covering a wide and diverse spectrum
of companies ranging from chemicals,
heavy equipment, engineering, electronics,
to construction companies. Amy served
as the company secretary for many of
her client companies. Her experience
also covers non-profit organizations,
public listed companies and in recent
times an increasing number of small
and medium sized enterprises. Currently
Amy has focused on helping new start-ups
and entrepreneurs in setting up their
companies and providing professional
corporate secretarial advice. With this
new focus she is building up Accede
Corporate Services Pte.Ltd. to be a
one-stop shop for and providing complete
corporate secretarial and business services
for entrepreneurs and foreign investors.
